sex in the city

YAAAY party. our sex in the city party was a MUCH bigger success than the halloween "party". we had mucho fun. Gena was even in on our party, and then came in a scared mileva by being all RA like. she was just kidding though. i was a little tipsy and had to be walked home by amanda seeing as how my shoes were a little too high for my level of intoxication. this morning i had to get up and go to some german movies, but i didnt really have a hangover per se. just a headache. anyway. we had lots of fun last night, and i apologize for my inarticualteness in this edition.

halloweekend

i had a fantabulous halloweekend. it started off a bit rocky because my train was about 2 hours late, but i eventually got to W&M and saw denise, mika, and tala as well.

on friday night denise, mimi, and i went to a costume party with at the home of some of denise's ballroom dancing friends. it was fun times, and i met a guy whose costume made me LAUGH SO HARD!!! he was carrying a mandolin, and had tampons and midol pinned to his shirt. he was a STROLLING MENSTRAL!!!! BRILLIANT!!!

on saturday we mostly hung around and mika and i went to pick up her pictures from her new york trip during fall break. then i went with denise to virginia beach for a little ballroom club exhibition. i was supposed to be doing some homework type things, but i actaully didnt get too much done. i was just watching everybody dance. i danced one marenge, but it was horrendous. after the dancing everyone went to krispy kreme, and then we headed back to W&M. on the way denise started feeling ill, so she wasnt feeling up to going on the ghost tour that we had planned on. i was exhausted so i called mika to let her know that we werent going to be on the ghost tour, but we found out later that the tour was cancelled due to lack of interest. both mika and i were dubious about that, since we felt that there probably WAS enough interest. oh well, whats done is done.

on sunday we went to brunch and i said goodbye to denise, since she was gonna be dancing while i was leaving. then Tala and i went to hang out with mika while she did her radio show. it was SOO fun! i even read a Public Service Announcement.

once the radio show was over mika and i toddled around williamsburg for a while, including a trip to the W&M bookstore (which is really a Barnes&Noble in disguise). i wanted a bottle of water, but the Dasani was like $3 and they had "W&M tribe" water for like $1.50 so i bought it. so touristy and hackneyed, but oh well. actually it was pretty funny, and i took a 'mentos' type picture of mika and the tourist water.

on the whole it was a fabulous trip.
